Memory Foam

If you are constantly having restless nights trying to fall asleep or are having body pains, then the memory foam is for you.
Memory foam, which was originally developed by NASA, is now used by people with back, neck, shoulder or joint pains, muscle aches, pressure sores, headaches, insomnia, stress, and fatigue, among other things.
The idea behind the memory foam is it reacts to the body’s heat and pressure by creating a mold similar to the shape of the person’s body. The person’s weight is evenly distributed across the whole area. This is the reason why pressure on a body area is avoided when using memory foam. It also gives the needed support to the different parts of the body, like the head, neck, spine, shoulders, and back.
Memory foam is now commercially sold in the form of mattresses, pillows, seat cushions, mattress toppers, cervical pillows, and footwear.

This has greatly affected our lives in a major way. The room which is supposedly for sleep and rest becomes just another room in the house. No wonder many suffer from sleep deprivation. What you need to do is to assign the bedroom strictly for relaxation and sleep. Clutter and work should be banned here.
