The bedroom is the one place in the house where you spend much more time than any other. And in the fast paced routine we live everyday, the bedroom most often than not is converted to a makeshift office, a play area for kids or an entertainment center. This has greatly affected our lives in a major way. The room which is supposedly for sleep and rest becomes just another room in the house. No wonder many suffer from sleep deprivation. What you need to do is to assign the bedroom strictly for relaxation and sleep. Clutter and work should be banned here. It is also important to decorate the room to create a sparing look but not too bare. The rule of Less is More can be applied. Wallpapers are a great way to create a warm atmosphere. It is practical and easy to use.
